Pomegranate is one of the most valuable horticultural products in Iran and is commercially replicated by cuttings. Increasing the production of pomegranate cuttings is one of the easy processes for the development of pomegranate (especially commercial cultivars) in the least possible time and space. The success rate of pomegranate cuttings depends on many factors such as maternity conditions, timing, environmental conditions, type of planting environment and subsequent care. The introduction of efficient and economical methods is necessary with less time and space for the propagation of pomegranate varieties, especially its commercial varieties, and the creation of uniform trees with the same characteristics. The ability of the pomegranate cuttings to be rooted in different cultivars, depending on the cuttings, the location and time of the cuttings, and the age of the branch, will vary. The best method for replanting pomegranates is to provide hardwood cuttings of 25-30 cm in height and 1 to 1.5 cm in diameter in winter from fruited shoots (preferably two years old), with at least one bud and cuttings treatment with The rooting hormone, if possible, is. The maintenance of pomegranate cuttings in pots containing organic material in greenhouses equipped with a system of hemp, due to providing suitable growth conditions for root crop rotation, accelerates the rooting process and increases the level of tending of pomegranate cuttings, their growth percentage and rootstock significantly will increase.
